1. Data controller and contact details
Personal data is processed by the promoter and manager of the “Social House Village” project, which controls the domain socialhousevillage.com. For requests concerning personal data, please write to info@socialhousevillage.com.
2. Data processed
The contact form may collect full name, email address, telephone number, organisation, professional profile, area of interest and the content of the message. The server may also process technical data strictly required for security, including an IP address converted into a cryptographic fingerprint, date, time and user agent.
3. Purposes and legal basis
Data is used solely to respond to the request, arrange a discussion about the project, prevent abuse and protect the website. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures requested by the individual, any consent provided and the legitimate interest in protecting systems.
4. Processing, retention and recipients
Data is processed using appropriate technical and organisational measures. Requests are sent to the project mailbox and recorded in an archive that is not accessible from the web, in order to prevent loss of enquiries. Unless legal obligations or a subsequent relationship require otherwise, data is retained for as long as needed to manage the request and ordinarily for no longer than 24 months.
Data may be processed by appointed technical providers, such as hosting and email providers, solely to deliver their services. It is not sold or used for advertising profiling.
5. Cookies and local technologies
The website does not use advertising cookies or profiling tools. A strictly necessary session cookie may be used to protect the contact form and prevent fraudulent requests.
6. Your rights
Where provided for by Regulation (EU) 2016/679, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and withdraw consent without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
7. Updates
This notice may be updated to reflect legal, technical or organisational changes. The version published on this page applies at the time of consultation.
